CEDAR PARK, Texas – February 10, 2022 – ETS-Lindgren announced the expansion of its production line for power, signal (sensor), data and control line filters. Located at the company’s global headquarters in Cedar Park, Texas, the expanded production line enables ETS-Lindgren to increase manufacturing capacity and expedite filter deliveries to customers around the world. Filter production includes ETS-Lindgren’s EMP Commercial and Defense Tempest Powerline filters which feature the popular LRX model with EMP protection. LRX filters are designed to meet the entry point requirements of MIL-STD-188-125-1 and -2 for short and intermediate pulses while providing high insertion loss performance for SCIF, TEMPEST and d other military and commercial applications. Filter production also includes ETS-Lindgren’s Commercial and Defense Non-Tempest Powerline HEMP/EMP filters with Red Edge™ technology to protect against damage to electronic equipment and loss of data caused by sudden and intense EMP and intentional electromagnetic interference (IEMI). These filters provide excellent multi-stage, surge, and electromagnetic (EMI)/radio frequency (RFI) interference protection.
In addition to power, signal (sensor), data, and control line filters, ETS-Lindgren provides custom RF and EMP filters to meet specific requirements, such as configuration, performance, and power level . These bespoke filters are also manufactured using the extended production line.
To ensure high quality, ETS-Lindgren is the only manufacturer to have its full range of Red Edge filter products acceptance tested to the requirements of MIL-STD-188-125 by an independent laboratory: Little Mountain Test Facility operated by Boeing at Hill Air. Force Base, Ogden, Utah (test report available upon request). ETS-Lindgren filters also comply with industry standards such as UL 1283, MIL-STD-220, MIL-F-15733 and IEC 60939.
